Question about a Credit Card charge?

You are on this page because you a questioning a charge that appeared on your credit card statement. Please choose from the following options:

1. I am not sure what this charge is for. I may have made a purchase on an adult website but I don't recognize PPVBILL.

PPVBILL is the billing arm of PPVNetworks, a company representing dozens of adult websites. Click here for a list of sites.

If you don't recognize any of the above sites, please email us at customerservice@ppvnetworks.com with the following information:

- first and last 4 digits of your credit card
- date and amount of the transaction in question

We will lookup your information and email you the details of your transaction including the site, username, IP address/geographic location of user.

2. I definitely did not visit an adult website. This charge is fraud.

Please contact your bank immediately and report this transaction as fraud. If you bank requests to contact us, they can email us at customerservice@ppvnetworks.com . About credit card fraud.

3. This charge is from me, but I am having issues with the website.
