New accounts can take a few minutes to be activated but never more than 10 minutes. So if your account is brand new, wait a few minutes and try again.
Make sure you are entering the username and password exactly as you received it. The username is your complete email address that you provided when you joined. The password is a 4-6 digit number.
Your web browser must accept cookies otherwise you won't be able to login. You may have made changes to your browser settings that are interfering with the login process; you can also try just resetting your browser settings to their default settings. A few things could have happened:
you changed your password
your account was cancelled (by you), declined (CC declined), blocked (for abusive use) or expired (prepaid memberships)
You can try a few things:
use the Password Recovery tool below to check on the status of your account
if your account is not active, you can join again using a credit card that you know is good. If your account is marked as blocked, you will not be able to join again.
Tell me the status of my account & my password (PASSWORD RECOVERY)
Tell me the status of my account & my password (PASSWORD RECOVERY)
Click Recover Password link to find out the status of your account. If it is in good standing, your password will be emailed to you (to the same email address as your username). If not, the status will be displayed. If your account was declined, it was because your bank refused the charges to your credit card. Try using a different card. If your account was cancelled, most likely you requested it and you will have to sign up again.

This site offers free Memberships, so you really don't need to cancel. If you upgraded to a Premium Membership and do not want it any more, just login and click My Account and uncheck the Auto Upgrade option. That's it. You will never be charged a membership fee again.
If you still want to cancel and never use this site, login and click My Account tab. Then click Terminate account. After that, you will not receive further charges or emails from us.
If you cannot login and signed up for a free membership, you won't ever get billed anyway, so there is no cause for concern. If you cannot login and signed up for a premium membership, you need to login and cancel it yourself. Follow the instructions above to get your login working. If your account isn't working, it might already be cancelled or declined, so check the Password Recovery tool as well. If your account is not in good standing (cancelled, expired, declined, blocked), it is inactive and you will never get billed again.
