The driver already had 2 tickets and if the officer gave her a ticket, her license would be suspended. The driver agrees to get out of the car and receive corporal punishment instead of getting a ticket. The passenger also gets in trouble because her passport was expired. The officer brings them into the forest and ties them up to a tree. He birches both of them with a wooden rod on their ass continually until he got tired. In Part 2, two girls and a guy are playing a card game. They decide to start playing strip poker and both of the girls lose more than the guy does. He makes them dance and then one of the girls had to dress up as a maid, and then crawl while getting spanked. Then she got naked and had pins stuck onto her breasts, after that he whipped her too.
